What do I do if I receive a damaged product?Updated 9 months ago

In the rare occurrence you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days after the delivery. We request to kindly send pictures of the damages for our records so we can share them with our shipping team.

Sometimes, the carrier might return a damaged package to sender. If this occurs, our customer service team will create a replacement or issue a refund as soon as the package is returned to our warehouse.
